After having a nightmare on the way to Spain because of covid restrictions, these guys stuck with my dog for an extra couple of days and arranged for his safe re delivery to me. These guys went 1000x further then any other company would off and it’s thanks to them my dog was only away for 4 days and not weeks! I can not thank them or recommend them to anyone enough! If your nervous about other people looking after your dog then these really are the people for you!

Could not rate Costa Blanca Dog homing higher. Becky’s communication is excellent and the dogs travelled in style and so comfortable to Spain and then back again to the UK. They arrived safe and happy both ways! It was very reassuring knowing they’re taken care of throughout the journey and we were constantly updated and could follow their trip with the GPS link provided. I received my girl in the UK from a shelter in Spain last night, the guys were amazing and I can tell they looked after the dogs! She was a little nervous at first (due to being in a new place), but quickly settled and wanted cuddles come morning. I really enjoyed watching the GPS and seeing them get closer to my home while waiting. I would be more than happy to have them transport a dog for me again!

We used Mark and Becky at Costa Blanca Dog homing to bring our little girl Molly over to us just over 4 months ago.

Becky arranged everything for us, so we had no worries at all. We were kept informed every steep of the way with updates. Molly arrived within 15 mins of the due time, looking very happy and healthy, after her long journey, not at all stressed.

Her cage was clean, warm and very comfy. The front of the cage had her photo on it with all her details and her lead. We offered Mark and the other drives (sorry I don’t know your names) a drink and something to eat, but No they would not stop as we were the first drop, and they wanted to get the other dogs and a little cat to there new homes asap.

I would highly recommend this wonderful service to everyone.

I have sent quite a few animals with Becky now since she first started up until the last trip on the 16th September.

They offer such a good service they pick up and drop of at your home. While the animal is with them they take really good care of them, they have extra bleeding for any accidents anti slip bowls so your pet has access to water and they even can provide a service for cats and have cat litter. I am very happy with them especially as the dogs that I send with them are all rescues and so some of them need special care as they are easily traumatised.

The team look after them so well they are always relaxed and happy when they reach their destination. They are my first choice for taking animals to the Uk I cannot recommend them more highly and would be happy to send my own pets with them.

After finding a very special dog i needed to make sure he was looked after and under as little stress as possible on the way home from Spain to England. Becky was absolutely fantastic and she sorted everything from start to finish.

On the actual day she kept me calm by being on the other end of the keyboard and telling me step by step where my dog was. I had numerous phone calls from Mark to tell me how far away my dog was. That he had been let out to go to the toilet etc.

In fact i think Naruto had been looked after so well that he was ready to get back on the van! I wanted the best for my boy and he got more than the 5* best.

I would use Costa Blanca dog Homing again without even thinking about it. I’m sure Naruto agrees too. Highly recommended.

I have to leave a comment as Becky organised all my pet transport from spain to the uk for me. This was for my two dogs and cat. I was so impressed and extremley satisfied with the service. All 3 of my pets arrived happy and safe. I felt happy using Becky and Mark as i felt they were animal lovers, which gave me confidence in using there service.

Becky was always on hand to answer any of my question on the run up to the transport, giving me total peace of mind. When Mark arrived with my pets he was such a lovely man. I highly recommend them.

Both Becky and Mark have been so good to me, and my dogs just loved Mark to bits. I was so worried when Mark picked them up for the journey to UK but I need not have worried as they were so great on the journey and arrived happy and well rested.

The one I worried most about, Jack, actually cried when Mark left for the journey home without him! Well. Guess what? They are returning to Spain with Mark on the 12th October and I will not have to go through all the worry and heartache I did before, as I have every confidence that Becky and Mark will get them back to Spain without incident.

Apart from a slight bit of bewilderment about the wet, green grass here, she has obviously not suffered in any way during the long trip. I sent my two dogs back to the uk and was assured they would be very comfortable on their trip having been together for a long time becky went out of her way to accommodate a large cage to fit in the van so the dogs could travel together for less stress. regular 3hr ‘ poop’ stops and dining, organised professional caring, in fact they are so good at what they do I am sending them back to Spain just for the ride! lol

I have yet to find a more efficient animal transport. Everything is done to the letter. I have been impressed by the small details. Things like photos on the transport cages and small key rings attached to the collar of the dog adding extra security there’d be no confusion to which dog is which. I only hope they do more frequent trips! The van is clearly marked, clean and they ran on time! Great service.

Thank you Mark and Mate i was given a date for the delivery of my rescue dog from spain a couple of weeks ago i was most suprised as a few days ago given a time .i could not beleive this kind of service better than a local delivery ?i looked out of my window and what did i see a gent (Mark) walking down my drive dog on lead spot on time a perfect service and i recommend to anyone the care and service is first class well done.

Mark has just delivered Spot and Glissy to our house. Well, we could not be more delighted, by everything. How helpful Mark and Becky have both been, how efficient they are, how well they plan, how much they clearly adore the animals, their communication, their thoroughness regarding feeding, watering, walking, and of course not least the passport process for us novices. Our dog was delivered yesterday from Spain. I had facebook conversations with Becky as the van was about to cross the channel, and was then able to track the van all the way to my house. Mark and his two colleagues were fantastic, kind with the dogs, and it was all a very happy event.

Brilliant is the best word to describe the way the team transported our elderly, deaf feline princess Dotty from Finestrat to York. They are obviously ALL animal lovers and understand how others feel about their own pets.

Fantastic: my dog is very nervous and suffers from separation anxiety, therefore we were very anxious. Our nerves were settled very quickly, they walk the dog every few hours and they take photos. My dog arrived and was so happy that you would have thought he had been on a ten minute journey not a Spain to UK. We would have no problem recommending them and will be using them again next year!

I have been overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion and professionalism that I have experienced since I met up with Becky and Mark of Costa Blanca Dog Homing! I am the “god mum” of a rescue podenco Pocoyo who has just arrived with his forever family in the UK yesterday thanks to the careful driving of Mark. I have had lovely photos of Pocoyo and his new family all so happy together! But prior to his journey Becky offered foster care for this little pod who is partially sighted, as he had a gap in care before he could travel. Becky and Mark did everything possible to look after Pocoyo in their home, and especially to maintain his eye treatments. Mark continued Pocoyo’s eye drops through the long journey so he could be really comfortable. I can’t think of a more kind and caring organisation. I know they also promote and rehome countless animals in need. I am impressed beyond words.

Sooooo happy my baby has arrived. Thank you Becky and Mark! I can’t recommend this service enough. Becky was at hand from day 1 to advise of everything I needed to do so that it all went smoothly on the day. Picked up 10/12/2014 and delivered safely to Bristol 12/12/2014 hours before scheduled time and looking well and seemingly unaffected by the journey at all! A fantastic service all round and a very reasonable price too. Would definitely recommend anyone to use this fabulous service!!!

Costa Blanca Dog Homing has given a superb service to me and to the many dogs the girls in Murcia and I have homed both in and out of Spain. I cannot recommend this service more highly. I recently adopted a gorgeous dog from Spain who needed transport over to the UK. Lur has needs beyond others as he is paralysed from the waist down and I was concerned about how he would cope with such a journey. I need not have worried as he was in the best hands! His nappies were regularly changed and he was kept comfortable and relaxed during his journey – he even pined for Mark when he left as he had bonded with him so well on the way over. I can’t thank Becky & the team enough for their help in getting this special little fella over to me.

Where to start an absolutely first class service from start to finish. Was recommend by Benidorm dog home and right from the initial email to the end it has been a great service. Mark collected our 4 dogs at the time agreed and delivered them again at the time agreed, we was kept upto date all the way and the dog well looked after and cared for, the van and cages was spotless. Really nice friendly people and would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again if the needed. Thank you for everything.

Cannot express my gratitude enough to Mark and Becky for bringing my Spanish Podenco from the rescue in Spain to my doorstep in the UK. I was kept advised of progress throughout the 2 days the journey took and Mark arrived spot on time with a very happy Dori who had obviously been very well looked after. The rescue had sent several items as well as the official paperwork with my dog and Mark went through them all with me to ensure I had everything. My little Dori was not at all stressed by the 2 day journey.

If anyone is looking for pet transport look no further than here. Becky was brilliant! Answering all my questions. Mark and Martin, the drivers, so caring and both JoJo my dog and Jack (fat cat) arrived ahead of schedule relaxed and well. Big airy cages and clean fresh beds. I was also able to track them throughout their journey from Alicante to Bodmin, Cornwall. Thanks a million guys!!!!

Today Arizona and Dori will arrive at their new homes. To arrive at their final destination its quite an involved process, not just the transport arrives and we put them in the crates and wave them goodbye and wipe a tear away. Lots of preparation is done advance.Paperwork to be completed, to legally transport a rescue dog into the UK that will have a change of ownership from us to the new owners it is necessary to comply with TRACES regulations and to use a DEFRA registered transporter. This all takes time documents have to be completed, signed and certificated from a government ministry vet.

Health checks at our vets tick & flea treatment and worming, then the pamper session before they leave so they look their best. Lists of instructions for the new owners, adoption contracts issued and signed. Our transporter to the Uk is Becky Sweetman and Mark Sweetman of costablancadoghoming.com they always go the extra mile for the dogs … one dog to a crate with padded beds so they are comfortable on the journey water in each crate. When Mark arrives to collect them its never rushed he takes his time to introduce himself to the dogs scan the microchip and checks the passports. Becky is super efficient and is screaming at me for paperwork well in advance of the transport. They are in communication with eagerly awaiting families in the UK and give regular updates on route. I get a message to say our dogs have arrived safe which gives me peace of mind.

They also bring back donated food and items for us at no charge and have also brought us podencos released from the perreras to the finca and wont accept any payment for this service. So many people have their part to play to get these rescues from perrera to sofa somehow it all comes together with the occasional scary moments and last minute change of plans. Mark & Becky are very much part of the team that ensure our Podencos arrived safe to their forever homes great people great friends.

Where to begin. We had our cat Sooty booked in with another carrier to transport her from our home in Cabo Roig to a cattery in Clevedon UK where we were going to move to. But just 2 weeks before departure they contacted us to tell us they couldn’t do it. We began phoning other carriers but none could fit in with our existing plans. When I called Becky at CBDH I was immediately impressed with her attitude. Yes they could do it for us, but because of the tight schedule could we bring Sooty to the Kennels. We agreed, only to have the plans screwed again, and there was no way we could take Sooty to the kennels in time. We again phoned Becky, and she immediately put our minds at rest. Mark would come the day before to our home at 10.00am and collect Sooty. Talking to Becky was like talking to a friend who was going to come in and look after Sooty while we went away for the weekend, she was so reassuring.

Mark duly arrived on the appointed day; however, he was 5 minutes early!! I suppose we can forgive that small indiscretion. Mark was as reassuring as Becky had been, showing us round the van etc. He seemed in no hurry and was very calming with his relaxed pace.

Mark contacted us on route to tell us he would be arriving at the cattery in Clevedon between 7.00 and 9.00am on the appointed day. We past this on to Tina at the cattery and she expressed that she was impressed by this type of precision. The day Sooty arrived at the cattery we called Tina to check everything was alright. She told us she was well impressed that Mark arrived at exactly 8.00am on the day. She also couldn’t believe that Sooty had been in transit for 2 days has she arrived totally calm and at peace and had gone to find a sunny place to sleep for a while before demanding being stroked (she has a very loud demanding call). Tina told us she was the calmest cat she had seen for some time, and this could only be because she had been treated very well while in transit.

Would I recommend CBDH as a pet carrier? You bet I would. It wasn’t just the professional transporting, it was also the calming a relaxing contacts with both Becky and Mark. They behaved more like friends than anything else. Thank you again Becky and Mark, from all of us here, including of course Sooty.

All I can say is Thank You so much…. All the stress and worrying of moving the dogs for nothing really you are amazing people… Dogs arrived earlier than expected and so happy and relaxed. Would recommend CBDH to anyone having to move their dogs. We were kept informed the whole time. One of our dogs even tried to jump back in the van before the boys left lol.

Our other dog is 15 and very nervous and doesn’t really like people that much… To see him with Mark you would never have believed it jumping all over him. I really can’t thank you enough. Our little Spanish doggies are loving the feel of grass under their feet for the first time… Xxx

Mark and Becky transported my little puppy to England for us and I felt a bit apprehensive for her as she was still very young. However my worries were soon dispelled when Mark came round and showed me the van she would be travelling in, very, very professional. Big cages, with a lovely comfy bed, water, food and regular stops en-route to exercise all the dogs. She was delivered to the drop off address at exactly the time Becky said she would be. My son met her and said she was happy, not stressed. Mark had even given her a wash! Absolutely brilliant service, Mark and Becky are real dog lovers and it shows in their business. These guys brought our dog from Spain to Manchester. They were very kind by the waiting, and prepare all the stuff and documents from Basy :). The dog was fine, the trip was 1 night and 2 days and we recieved calls from them, telling us everything was ok! Many thanks you were so helpful and caring.

We were very reluctant and apprehensive about sending our young cat to UK via a third party carrier, but from the moment we met Mark and Martin at SCAN collection point we felt confident that Freddy would be more comfortable and safer with them than he would be if we were transporting him ourselves. What lovely service.

Judging by the vehicle and drivers I suspect cleanliness and comfort seems the watchword for CBDH transport.

My daughter Diane is so looking forward to having Freddy for us until we complete our sale – she will be surprised at the good looking vehicle emblazoned with your logo and two helpful and caring drivers – she will doubtless be a bit emotional.

Initially there were two cats for transport. Freddy and Phoebe, but Phoebe, we are sad to say, has gone awol and we live on a minor but very fast rat run and we fear the worst.

I intend to post on facebook on Friday after Freddy arrives in Norfolk.

I would like to comment on the professionalism of Mark & Becky in bringing our dog Phoebe, plus 3 bags, from England to Spain.

We were told that our dog would be picked up at 7.30am and they were there at exactly that time. Phoebe, was greeted by Mark and after he checked that all of her travel documents we in order, she was allowed to find her own way into the travelling cage without any stress.

We flew early the next morning and Mark phoned me as we were travelling on the coach from the airport to say the he and Phoebe were waiting for us.

Our dog was relaxed and happy so thank-you Mark, Becky and your driver for such an excellent and reasonable service.

I think humans are more traumatized than the animals!

I’ve seen/heard great things about CBDH doggie transport but when I discovered that our 3 cats could not travel on ferry with us as we didn’t have pet friendly cabin Becky arranged pick up from London, transport back to Spain fostering at her pad for a few nights until they were delivered last night.

I would like to say that Mark and Becky are perfect people to trust with your dog or cat. My dog Casper a standard Yorkshire terrier has just returned to the UK. The times given were great and Casper did arrive early as they had little traffic to cope with.

Mark checked all the documents and they were all in order, Casper then went into his own cage. I was rather worried as it was going to be a long journey back as Casper had come by plane first and did not know how he would cope. I will recommend anyone to use these lovely people.

Thanks to all of the team at Costa Blanca, outstanding people, had initial contact about our rescue dog with an approximate time of delivery. Got a phone call with an accurate time 2 hours before Rafa’s (Andy) arrival. Rafa arrived a little bit nervous, understandable, but settled extremely quickly, it was obvious that the drivers cared.

The backup from Becky was outstanding too. Can’t fault anything at all. so thankful for everything that you guys do!

Mark and martin collected my dog berry on the 9/11, even though I gave them some food which they said they didn’t need her feeding bowls, and a sheet she slept on, I couldn’t help but be very worried about her as she was already 10 years old and my husband had just died and he’d been with her until the last month of his life day and night, she wasn’t used to noise, travelling, being on a lead, going for walks, as we live in what is know as the campo in Valencia, In fact she was just used to being let out of the house so she could run in the fields as and when she wanted this was a big change for her. However Mark and Martin looked after her really well, I’d got some sedation pills from the vets for her just in case she got stressed which they said they wouldn’t need, and they didn’t !! when they delivered her to my daughters on the 11/9 at 8am in worcestershire she was bright, and sparkly, they said she’d done wees but no poos, she had drunk water but not eaten which bearing in mind she was a very nervious dog and was having a lot of changes I wasn’t at all surprised by that. However she’s settled into my daughters home with a garden, walks on a lead plus 3 children, so well you’d have thought she’d been there all her life and I’m sure part of that was due to the kindness and care that Mark and Martin showed her during the journey and for this I can never thank them enough. I would highly recommend Mark and Martin.

She’s seemed so happy on arrival in spite of the journey, in fact if I hadn’t seen it for myself I would never have believed how happy she was.

My mother (in her eighties!) spends her winters in Spain. She has had years of stress organising transport for her pets. This stress has been relieved for the last 3 years thanks to the professional services Mark and Becky.

I run the rehoming team for P.E.P.A. One of my tasks is to find reliable safe transport for our rescue dogs. I have been using Mark and Becky for a number of years now and they are my first choice of transporter. Becky is super efficient planning the routes making sure everything goes to plan and then there is Mark and his co driver Martin you could not hope for better people to look after the dogs they take such good care of them. I never worry about any of our dogs on this transport I know they will be lovingly cared for treated with respect and walked and looked at regularly. A lot of our dogs are nervous so it is important to have a transporter that is very good with animals. I prefer to wait for them to become available to transport one of our dogs. The dogs always arrive relaxed. They have cages that have nice comfy bedding in and always have water on hand. I cannot recommend them more highly, if I ever go back to the UK I would use them to transport my dogs. They have just delivered Alf to his new home today and he is happy and relaxed. The servos is second to none they are super efficient nothing is too much trouble for them. I am very happy with the fantastic service that they provide.

Just received our second rescue from Spain, poor Choko was very stressed on being kenneled in Spain and didn’t behave well on the journey but Mark was very patient and within minutes of being out of the crate, Choko was licking his face! Guys you are amazing 🙂

Cannot praise your service highly enough. Mark and Martin delivered Maggie Mae for me to Somerset. Becky kept me updated on everything prior to them leaving and watching the tracker I followed them all the way from Spain. Your outfit is amazing, all the dogs looked happy and settled in the van, I knew they had been regularly fed and walked on the trip. This was your second trip to our village, you delivered Mateo a fortnight before and he too arrived unstressed and obviously well cared for. Great service from all of you.

After a very hard 9 months after the death of my husband, it was a heart renching decision to rehome one of our 3 dogs. Luckily a young friend in the uk wanted to adopt him. Therefore I needed someone I could trust to get him to the uk. As I am a supporter of the Costa Blanca Dog and Puppy re homing groups and the great work they do the decision was an easy one. The whole process was made easy and very straightforward from beginning to end.

Mark did a great job in looking after Benji before and during his journey to us in the UK. Can’t thank Mark and Martin enough for the care and patience given to Benji who is quite a timid dog. Becky, Mark and Martin delivered my mums dog safely from the Spain to the UK. We watched it all happen with a tracker system and they were so supportive and didn’t mind the 100 of messages with questions etc. Lovely lovely people and would highly recommend to anyone.

I would just like to say a very BIG thank you to both Becky and Mark. Becky prior to my animals Tilly and Jenson travelling – she was so helpful and gave me all the information that was required. Secondly, mark was very understanding on the morning of picking up Tilly and Jenson, as I was a nervous wreck. But his reassurance and the way he was with our animals really put my mind at ease knowing they would be really well looked after. When they arrived in Spain it was evident that the animals had had a pleasant and comfortable journey and they soon settled into their new home. A huge thank you to Becky and Mark who transported our dog Max from UK to Spain. They were able to provide advice on how best to collect Max and clear information on what we needed to sort etc. Becky didn’t mind the constant messages nor did Mark mind the fact Max chewed up the brand new bed in his crate! We were able to watch Max’s journey of around 1400 miles on the live tracker and it was clear when he arrived he had been properly cared for. I would not hesitate in recommending Costa Blanca Dog Homing to others or using them again should we ever move back to the UK.

They do an excellent job, not only with the trip but also offering info about the animals… The treatment is wonderful. Becky helps a lot too, very helpful at any time. And the way they attend animals is wonderful.

I have used Costa Blanca for several years and more recently this year taking over a rescue organisation that saves dogs in Spain and brings them to the U.K. we have placed our trust in Becky and her team and have never been disappointed. They are professional, easy to communicate with, have a fantastic tracking system, are brilliant with the animals they transport and always keep you updated and informed. It is hard to know who to trust sometimes with your precious furbabies but I can honestly say you can put your trust in Becky and not have to worry at all.

I was very nervous about our 3 dogs travelling especially Smudge is a rescue dog and doesn’t trust people, and Candy is old. When Mark and team arrived for collection, Mark made a fuss of the dogs. Smudge was on his back having his belly rubbed within minutes. We went to the van where our dogs were settled in Cages, they were wagging their tails and seemed relaxed. When they arrived in Spain they were happy, alert, and clean and settled into their new home straight away. Thank you so much for bringing us our wonderful rescue dog Muttley. Despite being on the road/in a van for over 30 hours he was in a wonderful condition, happy and contented. You could see the genuine concern and care that Mark/Dave had for all of the animals in his care. If we ever have to transport a dog from Spain again I would definitely go with Costa Blanca again.

What a fantastic team! Perla was delivered to us from Spain to Lincolnshire and the transportation team were fabulous. The vans are all air conditioned and regular stops for doggie breaks etc ensured a comfortable transit. The transport is trackable too so you can see where your new family member is throughout its journey safely to you. Thank you all! Fully recommended xxx

I would like to say how thoroughly impressed I am with costablancadoghoming excellent service. We used them recently to take our two dogs back to the U.K. and will definitely being using them again.

Nice staff, great van with air conditioning for the animals. Tracking system so you can see exactly where the dogs were. A speedy service too. Door to door service and excellent value too. Professional, caring service. and dogs arrived in U.K. happy and very relaxed.
