Both Becky and Mark have been so good to me, and my dogs just loved Mark to bits. I was so worried when Mark picked them up for the journey to UK but I need not have worried as they were so great on the journey and arrived happy and well rested.
The one I worried most about, Jack, actually cried when Mark left for the journey home without him! Well. Guess what? They are returning to Spain with Mark on the 12th October and I will not have to go through all the worry and heartache I did before, as I have every confidence that Becky and Mark will get them back to Spain without incident.
Thank you both for the special service you do provide and for going beyond what anyone could be expected to do for the worried pet owners. I will never forget how you also cared for me!
